Also, understand that it can take two weeks to obtain the course materials, which are needed for the course. IAO may, or may not have a surplus of materials. If not – for any class scheduled with less than two weeks’ notice – the student will also incur overnight shipping charges to ensure their materials arrive by the day of their class.
For corporate and business classes: Payment is due in-full – no less than 14-days, prior to the class. If prior, mutually-agreed upon payment arrangements have been established - payment for the course textbooks and consumables is due no less than 14 days from the date of the class. The difference is due prior to the release of course completion/certification cards.
Note: Course, textbook, course consumables and merchandise prices are subject to change, without any prior notice.
*COURSE CERTIFICATION/COMPLETION CARDS*
Upon receipt of the initial course certification/completion card, please sign the card (if required) and scan the front and back of the card - to ensure that you have a copy of your card, if the original is lost. Immediate Action Outfitters is not responsible for lost cards - that responsibility lies solely with the recipient of the card. Replacement course cards are available from the program training center and IAO has no say in what the training centers charge for replacement cards. Please expect up to three weeks for course participation verification, ordering the card, receiving the card, printing and shipping the replacement card - again, this process is out of IAO's control and is dependent on the program's training center's policies.
*REQUIRED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS*
Unless otherwise stated, course prices are set for a three (3) student/participant minimum. Courses which have less than three (3) students will incur an additional fee.
*CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY*
Cancellation notice must be provided in-writing, no less than seven days (168-hours from the scheduled start of the class) to receive a 100% refund - minus the textbook/course material fees. An email submitted to email@example.com, will suffice – and the time stamp will be used for verification of the cancellation.
Written cancellation notice received between 72-hours and 168-hours from the scheduled start of the class will receive a 50% refund - minus the textbook/course manual fees.
Failure to provide a minimum of 72-hours written cancellation notice will result in no refund.
Classes can be rescheduled – but must be held within 30 calendar-days of the originally-scheduled class and must be rescheduled with a minimum of 168-hours (7 days' notice) – otherwise, a $25.00 administrative fee will be assessed.
It is a client’s responsibility, when scheduling a single class, or multiple classes - to provide Immediate Action Outfitters, LLC with complete class rosters along with their complete payment – for each and every class that is being scheduled – 14 days prior to the start of the first, scheduled class (unless a mutual, written agreement has been reached, beforehand).
If the rosters are not received with the complete payment, the class(es) will be cancelled and the refund will be administered, in accordance with the IAO T&Cs.
If students do not attend the class for which they are scheduled to attend, IAO reserves the right to conclude training with the final, scheduled course – and no refund will be issued. However, if IAO receives notice of a need for additional classes – prior to the conclusion of the final class – and is amenable to it, then the class(es) will be scheduled at a mutually-agreed-upon date and time, which will not to exceed 30 days from the final scheduled class. For the students who were already scheduled, but did not attend the training, there will be an administrative fee of $25.00/student. For additional students, it will be at the standard rates – but all add-on classes will incur the hourly rate of $40/hour and will require complete payment at the time of adding the class. Anything scheduled after the conclusion of the class will result in the loss of any monies already paid and will require additional payment, for those who had been scheduled – but did not attend their scheduled course.
The course certification/completion cards will be submitted to the client, within three weeks of the completion of the final class – after all invoices have been paid. If there is an outstanding balance by the completion of the final class, the client forfeits all paid monies and will not receive their cards.
If a class has to be cancelled by Immediate Action Outfitters, LLC - due to unforeseen reasons (including weather) – a refund will be issued, or an opportunity to reschedule will be provided. Participant safety is of our utmost concern.
